Aromatherapy is part of plant therapy. As humans it is only natural that certain scents will trigger certain parts of the brain. Utilizing the plant based oils it can trigger relaxing and nurturing ease.
Usui Reiki & Crystal Reiki

Usui Reiki is the utilization of energies and therapeutic touch to clear energies in the body. Crystal Reiki is the principles of Usui Reiki with crystals incorporated into the healing. This includes placement of crystals on the body (different than hot stone).
